Data Processing Addendum
DPA template scope for OMEGA account, billing, support, diagnostics, and future business plans.

Status
The DPA is available on request for Pro and Team customers. OMEGA is local-first, so the DPA applies to the limited Central, billing, support, diagnostics, and account data OMEGA actually processes.
Roles
- Customer is controller for account, support, diagnostics, and any customer content they choose to send to third-party providers.
- OMEGA is processor for limited support/diagnostics data when processing on the customer's instructions.
- OMEGA is independent controller for billing, fraud prevention, legal acceptance evidence, abuse prevention, and compliance records.
Processing
- Processing purposes: account administration, phone verification where required at signup, license entitlement, support, diagnostics, billing, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and security.
- Data categories: account identifiers, verified phone numbers where phone verification is required at signup, billing metadata, device/license fingerprints, support messages, diagnostics explicitly uploaded by the user, and legal acceptance evidence.
- OMEGA does not process local chat content, local files, local memories, local automations, or local model training data unless the user intentionally includes that data in a support/diagnostics upload.
Subprocessors
Current subprocessors are listed on the Security page. OMEGA provides notice before adding a new subprocessor that touches customer data.
