Built by one person.
For the rest of us.

OMEGA was designed, architected, and developed end-to-end by a single founder, Dylan Johnson, with one user in mind: the solopreneur. The indie founder. The one-person agency. The small team that runs everything themselves.

No VC team. No 30-engineer org. No managed-services middleman. Just one person who got tired of waiting for the AI tool the rest of the industry kept promising and never delivered, and decided to build it themselves.

Why one person built this.

Modern software is expensive to build. A meaningful AI agent platform (every capability OMEGA ships and a few it doesn’t need to advertise) typically takes a 15-to-30 person engineering team at least 18 months and somewhere between $2 million and $10 million in payroll, infrastructure, and tooling. Then you bolt on a sales motion, a customer-success org, and a venture-aligned pricing model that prices out the people who needed the thing in the first place.

Dylan tried the alternative path early. Offshore development teams. The pitch is irresistible: $25-$50/hour vs $200/hour onshore, 24-hour timezone coverage, “senior” engineers who’ve done it before. The reality, repeatedly, was different: code that needed to be rewritten before it shipped, missed deadlines treated as a negotiation, communication that turned every spec into a multi-week phone-tag thread, and architecture decisions that locked the product into mediocrity. He watched friends burn six-figure budgets on offshore engagements that produced nothing usable. He almost did it himself.

The conclusion: if you want a product to feel like one mind made it, one mind has to make it. So Dylan didn’t hire. He spent two years writing OMEGA solo, every layer of it. Coherent because there’s no committee. Fast because there’s no handoff. Cheap to run because there’s no overhead carried into the price.

What came out of it is OMEGA: a complete agentic-AI platform that runs on your Mac, costs $19.99 per month or $4,999.99 once, and is engineered specifically for the user Dylan was trying to be when he started, somebody building something real, alone, who cannot afford a SaaS stack that adds up to four figures a month and a separate team to manage it.

Neural-Fractal Agentic AI™ (NFA).

OMEGA is not a wrapper around a frontier model. It runs on Neural-Fractal Agentic AI™ (NFA), a different kind of system, designed from first principles instead of assembled from someone else’s SDK.

NFA is a fractal engine of cognitive units. Instead of one model answering one giant prompt, many small agents work a problem at every scale at once (each with its own tools, budget, model, and memory) and resolve upward into a single answer. It routes, arbitrates, and learns across the whole tree.

QNFA (Quantum Neural-Fractal Agentic AI™) is the optional, user-toggled deeper mode. It uses quantum-inspired classical machinery, not quantum hardware, to keep long-horizon work calibrated and self-correcting.

Neither started as a consumer feature. Dylan built NFA and QNFA for Blackglass, a private intelligence platform releasing to the public in Q3 2027. OMEGA runs on that same architecture: the reasoning engine of a serious intelligence system, put in the hands of one person on a Mac.

Bigger models are not the answer. Better-engineered systems are. NFA out-thinks a single frontier model on most real-world work: at a fraction of the cost, on hardware you already own, with results that get sharper the longer you use it.

Six principles. No exceptions.

Built for the solopreneur

OMEGA exists for the people running everything themselves: indie founders, consultants, one-person agencies, small teams. Every feature answers one question: does this let one person do the work of ten? Anything that only makes sense with a headcount doesn't ship.

Architecture, not scale

The industry's answer to every problem is a bigger model. OMEGA's answer is a better system: Neural-Fractal Agentic AI™ routes every task to the right intelligence at the right cost, from instant reflex to deep reasoning. Results come from engineering, not from renting the largest thing on the price list.

One Brain, every surface

Your memory and context belong to OMEGA, not to whichever model is answering. One Brain powers chat, Project Canvas, Design Studio, and every Automation, and it survives every swap. Change providers, models, or subscriptions mid-chat and OMEGA still knows your project, your style, your history. No vendor holds your context hostage.

Your data, your hardware

Local-first isn't a feature list, it's an invariant. Your conversations, files, memory, and Brain live on your Mac; model calls go only to providers you chose, with keys you hold. Nothing about that is negotiable, at any price, on any plan.

No middleman markup

You pay AI providers directly: your keys, the Claude or Codex subscription you already have, or free local models. OMEGA never proxies your tokens, marks them up, or takes a cut. The only money you ever pay us is the license: never per-call, never per-token.

You own the tool

Software you rely on every day shouldn't be rented forever. Early Access will offer a perpetual Lifetime license alongside subscriptions. Pricing is published now; purchasing remains closed until enrollment opens.

Dylan Johnson

Founder · Architect · Engineer · Designer

Dylan founded Omega AI Systems, Inc. in 2024 after watching wave after wave of cloud AI agent products promise the moon and ship subscription dashboards. He runs every function at OMEGA: product, architecture, engineering, design, support, and the legal docs you’re reading across this site. The people who buy OMEGA are the same kind of person Dylan was when he started: building something real, alone, on a budget, with no patience left for anyone selling shovels.

Build the AI you wish existed.

OMEGA is preparing for Early Access. Pricing is published, but enrollment remains closed.
