This policy explains how Omega AI Systems, Inc. handles copyright complaints and copyright-related abuse reports for OMEGA-controlled websites, Central account services, release infrastructure, support channels, and any content OMEGA actually hosts or distributes.

This agent receives copyright notices for OMEGA websites, Central services, release infrastructure, support uploads, and any content OMEGA actually hosts or distributes. OMEGA may reject notices that do not include the information required by this policy and applicable law.
User Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to:
- Upload, paste, process, summarize, transform, scrape, train on, or generate from any content you provide to OMEGA.
- Use third-party websites, APIs, SaaS accounts, repositories, images, audio, video, documents, and datasets with OMEGA agents or Automations.
- Publish, sell, deploy, distribute, or otherwise exploit outputs created through OMEGA.
- Run local or cloud model training, LoRA/adapters, image generation, audio generation, or other model operations using your selected source data.
- Use any trademark, logo, likeness, right of publicity, confidential material, or copyrighted work contained in your input or output.
DMCA Notices
If you believe OMEGA-hosted material infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-Notices
If material you supplied was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g). We may restore material if the complaining party does not file suit within the statutory period.
Repeat Infringers
OMEGA may terminate or suspend accounts that are the subject of repeated, valid copyright complaints or that use OMEGA to knowingly infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
AI Output and Training Data
No Output Warranty
OMEGA does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, or legally safe for any intended use. You must review outputs before publishing, deploying, selling, or relying on them.
Training Data
If you use OMEGA for local model training, adapters, LoRA, memory refinement, image generation, audio generation, or other model operations, you are responsible for verifying that your source data can lawfully be used for that purpose.
