OMEGA is sold as Early Access software. We disclose price, renewal, cancellation method, no-refund policy, local-first architecture, and third-party provider responsibility before checkout.
United States
- Subscription customers can cancel through the billing/account portal or support channel described at checkout.
- The $7 one-week Pro trial is the evaluation path. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Lifetime purchases are one-time licenses subject to the Lifetime License Agreement and the terms shown at checkout.
- If a required disclosure is missing or materially wrong, contact billing support so we can investigate and correct the record.
California
Privacy Rights
California privacy rights are described in the Privacy Policy. OMEGA does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Age Gate
OMEGA accounts require the user to be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
EEA / UK
- Privacy rights, legal bases, and international-transfer information are described in the Privacy Policy.
- Where mandatory consumer law grants non-waivable rights, those rights apply despite conflicting contract language.
- OMEGA may require identity verification before acting on account, billing, deletion, or export requests.

Submit billing, privacy, cancellation, or consumer-rights requests through the legal contact form. Include your account email, Stripe receipt or invoice ID if relevant, jurisdiction, and the action requested.
